CC3200 no green LED

Hello,

I have a CC3200 box here. Unfortunately, the green LED is no longer lit, regardless of whether it is connected to the battery or the station. It simply won’t start up anymore.
I was just about to read the data via UART. Yes, the UART was set to 3.3V, and then the circuit board failed. Nothing is visible on it, and the filter and D4 diode are still working.
The box also does not respond to a reset (pressing both ears for 10 seconds).
There are no visible defects on the circuit board. Is there a guide on how I should test the circuit board after a possible power surge?

Thanks,
Maik

Here are my meassurement results with battery:

TP10: 3,28V

TP38: 3,70V

TP39: 3,69V

TP41: 3,61V

TP42: 0,6V

TP43: 3,67V

TP48: 0,84V

TP50: 0V

TP52: 3,3V

TP54: 1,12V

TP71: 0V

TP75: 1,09V

TP360: 0,68V

TP361: 2,59V

Hello,

I have now completely measured the circuit board and found that the CC3200 chip has a hot spot. So it is probably defective. Can I replace it and install the new firmware from Teddycloud (Teddybench), or do I need the data from the old chip? If so, is there still a way to get it?

Thank you

Yes, you can replace the cc3200.
