Hello,
I set up my box today and everything seemed to work fine. However, when the box goes into standby mode and I turn it on again by tapping one ear there is no connection to the cloud anymore and I get the error “Ant” on a freshnessCheck. I then have to reset the box by turning upside down and pressing both buttons to help it connect again.
Is this normal behavior or am I doing something wrong? Anyone with a similar problem or solution?
