I have a Toniebox v1-v2 here that won’t start.
I would be very grateful for any advice on how to repair it.
The box had a broken battery when I bought it.
The box only flashes green once when it receives voltage.
A defective battery is detected and displayed with a red LED.
A reset is also carried out on the processor pin, then it flashes green once again.
The processor is probably not working then.

I’m new here and would like to say hello to everyone with my bad English.
I have a Toniebox here with the same problem.
I’ve already repaired a few things: C322 had a short circuit, I replaced R322 with a 200k because otherwise no RFID was recognized and R89 was missing.
The battery is charging but it’s not supplying the box at the moment.
I suspect there’s still a fault with the T34X
The box works but the processor, U320(BWGU) and T320 are about 45 °C
I could use some ideas and some help.

Can anyone tell me what type of transistor T341 is?
This burned out on the box with the temperature problem.

From my quick google research, It appears to be a P-Type transistor, the datasheet I found says MOSFET type. T341 Datasheet

T341 is definitely burned away.

I’m not certain to be honest.
I’m not sure either.
But:
The right pin goes towards power supply +.
That speaks for the p-Mosfet and against the NPN transistor.
I will desolder another one (T380) and measure it.
I’ll try it out. If it breaks, then I’ll have learned something new.

You are on an incredibly different level of working on electronics than I am! I do not have the tools to even begin to look at a transistor the way you are.
This tester from China for 10 euros is nothing special. Has proven itself several times.
Since a forum lives from information, I thought it was a good idea to share it here.
Mosfet P is ordered, let’s see what happens.
The second box is more difficult for me.
The processor does not start although all test points are okay.
Except for TP20, TP22 and TP23. The voltage is a bit low.

The box is probably immediately in standby and cannot be woken up.
I come up with it because there is no enable on the Trf9762a.
