I added several Tonies from our collection and from our local library, but new tonies only get the question mark Icon/Picture and no Infos (for Example Disney - Toy Story).
There are 36 Tonies and 11 own Tags in the Collection.
Im not sure if i have done something wrong in the settings. Do you have an idea whats wrong here?

Forget my Question. Restarting the Server and loading the tonies.json solved it. Sorry for the irritation.
I have an Scooby Doo Tonie here and Teddycloud didnt show the right Picture or Text for the Tonie.
It Stays with the Question Mark Picture.
I loaded the Tonies.json again and also startet the Server again. Nothing changed. Is this Tonie in the
Tonies.json Library yet?
You can look in the community section —> contribute —> tonies.json.
Edit: indeed this tonie lacks of the audioId and hash information.
There are all tonies listed where Identifikation data is missing. But even if it’s not shown there, it could be, that your version has a new audioId / hash which is not yet assigned to the right entry.
You get the audioId/hash in the library section if you double click on the Taf file. With this information you can get that fixed.

You could use teddybench for that or create an issue with the added information here: GitHub - toniebox-reverse-engineering/tonies-json: Database of (all) Tonies and its metadata to identify it
