Does anybody else have this issue? When the box is not in use it randomly seems to start up with its starting sound. It does seeem to work when a tonie is put on the box but it is very irritating that the box starts up again and again when not in use.

Is the box placed on the charging pad?
If so maybe some loose contact, which wake up The box through some shocks/vibrations?
I found the culprit. The Right ear button was smashed in a way that it was permanently on… Ordered replacement buttons and hopefully that will do it.
