I had installed TeddyCloud as a container with Portainer in version 0.6.3 and then updated to 0.6.4.
I am now interested:
If I want to change the instance of TeddyCloud - e.g. when moving to new hardware or simply for a new installation because I have “tinkered around” too much - how can I “take along” the configuration?
Specifically, server certificate, box certificates, known tonies?
That way I wouldn’t have to reflash the boxes or put all the Tonies on them again…
In the first attempt I simply copied the tonies.json to the new instance - didn’t work. No tonies are displayed.
Hence the question:
Where is it stored which Tonieboxes exist and which Tonies are present?
Hi there, any updates on that one? Would be interested in that as well. Started Teddycloud with trial and error and got it working, however it is probably not the most stable environment for the long run. I am specifically interested in downloading the generated certificates, so that I could reload them on the new instance to make sure I don’t have to flash the toniebox again (I only have downloaded the original toniebox certificate when I flashed it, not the newly generated).
I habe the Docker Container on Portainer and this in Proxmox. Where do i better do the Backup? Proxmox or Portainer? Is it possible to make a Backup in Portainer?
