I sinced today my box say with new NFC Tags or feshnesscheck this codeword.
Sometimes in the teddycloud its offline and wenn i restart the box ist for a short time shown online but the error is still.

Can someone help me?
I tryed Wlanreset (both ears for 10 sec and enter my wlan )
I also tryed restart (Turn box upsiddown und press both ears

Hi guys
I get the error now on the original Toniebox from my child so its a problem with the Tonicloud i guess.
