Content assignement

Hi, I have a new question.

If i put a nfc Tag on my Box and Set a Tonie-Story on it, it works fine. When i press the pencil to set a new Story on the Tag, it’s like on the Pic.

I have to press on the pencil again, “x” the Filename (and Modell) which is set to the Tag

and then choose the next Story → by → audioID. Than it’ll work.

If i choose another Story without “x” the old File, its like this

First Story (Mo) ist still first on the Tag and starting when i put it on the Box and the new Story (Olchi) is now the small Pic and maybe the next Story after Mo. Didn’t hear the hole Story to test it

Got an idea? Does it have to be like that or did i got a bug?

Thx :victory_hand:

New question = new topic. For the next time.

I still do not get your problem?

If you assign new content, then you have to do a freshnesscheck on your box to get the new content there.

Sorry, I’ll do it next time.

The problem:

When I assign a story to the NFC tag, everything works perfectly.

If I want to assign a different story to the tag, I click on the pencil icon and select a different story from the folder structure.

Then I perform a freshness check.

Afterward, as you can see in the third image above, I have the first story as a large image and next to it the newly assigned story as a small image. And YES, I do perform the freshness check. Several times.

Only if I click on the pencil icon and then, as shown in the second image, remove the source and model by clicking on the “x,” can I assign a new story. After another freshness check, the new story, including the image, is then assigned to the tag and runs correctly.

The question is, do I have to do this for every tag and every assignment—removing the source and model by clicking the “x” and only then selecting the new story?

This isn’t necessary in the Revvox/Mydealz video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JpMRyshgy9o&t=899s

The Big Image is always Model, small image is the source. No need to use the x. Just change the right things.

But why do I still have the first story of the large image when I place the NFC tag on it?

For me, it only works if I press “x”.

Because the big image is the article/model bound to the physical Figurine.
The small image is the assigned content.
If no article/model is set, the content sets the article/model.

Everything as intended.

That’s precisely where the problem lies. The story of the large image starts when I place the NFC tag on it.

As previously said, you did no freshnessCheck.

What? Why do you say that? I wrote it Caps locked

“And YES, I do perform the freshness check. Several times.’

Because changing the model doesn’t change anything for the box.
It is just the shown image. Nothing more.
