Do I really need this hardware for the CC3200 to use the cloud

I’ve gone through the wiki multiple times but still can’t get it right. After disassembling the box, I discovered it’s a CC3200 board. I’m trying to use the TeddyCloudServer, which is already set up.

I know I need to dump the CA and client certificates, followed by installing Hackiebox.

However, I’m stuck on how to connect the PC to the board. The connectors don’t seem to be standard TTL. Do I really need these expensive hardware components? It feels like the costs and complexity might not be worth it.
