Error code 410 when trying to get content from boxine cloud

Hi there,
I have a CC3200 box connected to tedddycloud. Custom content works well. Only when assigning a model from Boxine, an error code appears in the web interface:
“Fehler beim Hintergrund-Download von “Title of chosen Tonie” [2260f40e500304e0]: ResponseError: Response returned an error code”

Portainer log brings me the following log. tedddycloud and boxine both appear green on web interface.
Has anyone any idea on how to solve this error?

and yes, I tried several different Tonies. The image loads fine. I activated the cloud symbol and when I click download this error occurs or if I put the tag on the box, it says codeword “Murmeltier”
Thank you in advance.

Can you delete the corresponding json (the one for the tonie, not the tonies.json) file and try again?

Is it a normal content tonie or a creative one?

Thanks for the quick reply. It is a custom tag I try to assign a content Tonie to. (placed custom tag on the box, in tedddycloud clicked on edit and searched for a model, then saved.

Ok found it. Deleted it via tedddycloud and tried also deleting via terminal. The tag then disappears completely from the list. In case I try again with same content Tonie, same error.

You won’t be able to download something from boxine with a custom tag which got a model assigned. That’s normal.

If you want to assign the content, then you have to set the source to the desired taf file in the library and disable cloud for that tag.

If you place the custom tag on your box, it should reappear.

Thank you loads. That really helps. I thought this might be possible because it would have been easier (I own lots of the contents on cd already) but then I can just stop looking for ways to do this and put my own content on.

You were trying to pirate the content and asking for help…
