I have the same problem with the error: “Failed to execute ‘requestPort’ on ‘Serial’: Must be handling a user gesture to show a permission request.”

It is not possible to install my backup.

My TeddyCloud got a new IP address, and the Toniebox can’t connect. I found this issue with the wrong IP address too late. Before I realized the problem, I had reset the Toniebox. After that, I flashed the box via the GUI with the “Download Flash” and “Upload” options. I can see the box in the TeddyCloud, but I get the message “Murmeltier.”

Please reformulate your request. What do you want to do now?

If you want to flash your box with your backup, then you have to connect your box and do all the things like if you click read flash even if you are clicking load flash.

Restart your pc, disconnect the uart, change the usb port or device. This all could help.

Or wait a little till my current PR is merged. There is a shortcut to flash the backup. Edit: pr is merged, use develop version for using the shortcut

Besides that it would be helpful to give some more info like os and so.

Thank you it worked!

I used a other pc and i could reinstall my backup.

All my tonies on teddycloud are working again.
But its not possible to load new tonies. The cloud shows the new tonie but doesnt load the content.

Hello,everything works again.
The Problem was that the box was deleted from the Tonie Acc.
So I installed the Original unpatched Firmware–> Connected the Box to the Tonie Acc → patched the Firmware again and everything works fine.
