Fetch Error - Tony/Boxine Cloud

Hi Guys,

I get following error, if i want to download the data of a original tonie in the UI:
“FetchError: The request failed and the interceptors did not return an alternative response”

TeddyCloud indicates that the connection to the BoxineCloud ist activ (green box).

Now I want do download the content from a original Tonie, i get the “Fetch Error”.

I checked the json File of the Tonie:

Also if i edit the tonie the source field is empty.

But if I place the Tonie on the box, the correct media is played.

Could anyone help me to download the media from the boxine cloud.

Setup:

  • TeddyCloud runs on docker (raspberrypi)

Greetings & thx

Hi, have you enabled cache to library?

Hi Henryk,

yes cache to library is activated.

Perhaps this helps:

This tonie was placed before installing teddycloud / flashing the box.

The box was also connected to toniecloud / tonieapp before flashing.

you might add a docker logs here for further analysis.

Here are the docker logs (with refreshness check / placing the mentioned tonie / placing another tonie)
teddycloud_logs.txt|attachment (525.3 KB)

Have you added the boxes certificates to teddycloud?

I followed the wiki installation and the mydealz video to setup the teddycloud.

Following files are stored:
Screenshot 2025-01-02 114818

Its a ESP32 box.

Can you check if the Taf file is maybe already in the content folder? —> tonies section → content → ruid folder —> file besides the json? Then you can migrate that one to your library

I am currently without access to my cloud.

I will check this as soon as I get home.

Thx so far for your support.

Hi,

there is only the json File in the dir:

I also bought a new original Tonie and if i place on the box the “Owl” Erros pops up.

Also the Tonie won´t be recognized as “original” but as custom tag.

The Log Files show what happend, when i placed the tonie.

Any Suggestions?

Please don’t increase the loglevel. This way the logs are not readable

Hi

this are the same actions with loglevel 4:
codewortEule_2.txt (14.7 KB)

Hope this helps.

Hi,

Problem solved:

  • deactivated current TeddyCloud
  • new TeddyCloud with develop branch
  • resetted Box
  • Patched & flashed

Now everything works fine.
