Please connect your box to your Wi-Fi, so the box can update its firmware. You may just enter the Wi-Fi credientials via the box’ hotspot.

Press both ears for 10 seconds and wait for the box flashing blue. Let go the ears and wait for blue pulsing. Connect to the new Toniebox wifi and open 192.168.1.1. Enter your wifi credentials.
