Green Light is on no sound no reaction

Hello,

since yesterday one of our Tonieboxes has a problem:

  • When powered on (battery or charging station), the green light turns on and stays on

  • No sound is played

  • No buttons are responding

  • No connection to the TeddyCloud server

Has anyone here experienced the same issue or found a solution?

You might post some docker logs, maybe something happens there

If it is always green, the firmware is not booting which could indicate a total defect, broken flash etc.
