Issues assigning content to Tonies

Hi,
I set up the Toniebox (ESP32) following the guides and the Youtube videos available.
My Docker container is running as well, and I think (!) it is set up correctly.

I can add new Tonies to my account when I place them on the box. They show up in my account, I can see them in the Teddycloud Docker instance, I can download most of them to the Teddycloud etc.
I can see the Toniebox in Teddycloud.
After I start the Docker instance, the Boxine and Teddycloud icon at the top turn green.

I have the following issues, and I dont know if they are related:

I assigned the deliverd “Custom Tonie” or “Live Tonie” (not sure the correct name) to another Tonie content (Paw Patrol if that matters ;-)). The Toniebox does not “update” itself and continues to play the content that was assigned initially via the myTonies App. If I keep the ear pressed for 3 seconds the box starts blinking blue and never returns anything. Sometimes I think I got the Owl error.
After the restart the icons in Teddycloud turn green, but my Tonies collection doesnt show up. Then I restart the Teddycloud from within the webinterface and the Tonies show up, but the icons turn red. In the logs I get some OTA requests from the box which seem not to be answered. I dont know if this is related.

Any idea what could be the issue? Somehow I think it’s the certificates, but then why can I download content with the Tonies?

Post the docker logs when you are doing the freshnesscheck please.

Afterwards the Toniebox shows “green”.

I put the Creative Tonie on the box, the Tonie is linked to “Paw Patrol”:

…and guess what: It’s playing “Paw Patrol” just fine.

I don’t know what I did differently or wrong the last days when I tried, and tried, and tried…
But if I try to enforce the refresh (pressing the ear for 3 seconds), it will show the list of Tonies again. Then it says “Eule”.

Do I have the wrong expectation what should happen?
