Missing Tonie Infos in TeddyCloud

Hi all.
Just started going through a row of Tonies here. And some play without a problem, but no info is downloaded. The question mark remains and there is no further info. I can edit the model - but it is still marked as alternative content.

I deleted the TAF and tried to trigger a new download.
I also tried to delete it in Content, but that attempt only throws an error:

First remove the auth from the json, that’s private Information.

Then you have to delete the content of the folder first before deleting the folder.

Then you are in possession of tonies where the identifying data is not yet known in the tonies json. You should create issues for them here:

We need the audioId and the hash value of the Taf file ( you can get these information if you double click on the Taf file in the library, it opens a small info dialog)

After these data is added in the tonies.json the model identification will work.

You can see all of those tonies which lacks these information in the community section —> contribution —> tonies.json.

Thanks, Henryk. I falsely assumed that older Tonies would be all known.
I will add the ones that cannot be identified.

I do have an additional question though:
Am I correct that all Tonies that are downloaded from Boxine should appear in my Boxine account?
Because I do have cases where the Tonie is properly recognized and downloaded in the TeddyCloud, but does not appear as activated in the Tonies-App.

Yes, ‘claim’ is enabled. Yet only 10 out of 16 Tonies appear in the app.

And another question regarding the unknown Tonies:
I deleted them from Content by deleting the json in the subfolder first, then deleting the Tonie itself. And I also deleted the TAF in the Library.
The deleted Tonies disappear (as expected).
But after restarting the TeddyCloud and refreshing the box, when I place one of the unknown Tonies on the box, all other unknown (and deleted) Tonies reappear in the overview. It is like it never purged.

Edit: I assume, I should delete the files on the Tonie SD as well?

Edit 02: Yes, that resolved the problem of reappearing unknown Tonies.
