After I got everything working and also saw the Tonies in the Teddycloud, unfortunately I can’t play the Tonies on the site because the button is grayed out.
Did I do something wrong?
You can only play Tonies, that are already downloaded by teddyCloud.
TeddyCloud cannot download the content from your Box.
To download them, you’ll need to put the Tonie onto your box to save the auth data in teddyCloud. Then the play button will be replaced with a download button.
I just checked again and the tonie is on the box, but the button is still grey. I also deleted the tonie again using the toniebox app and checked the tonie in the Teddycloud, but unfortunately that didn’t change anything either.
Deleting it in the original cloud changes nothing and doesn’t delete content from the box.
Be sure the box is connected with teddyCloud. If it doesn’t work, check the docker logs, especially the claim messages
