I patched my daughter’s tonie box and have already successfully connected to the teddycloud. Unfortunately I had to reinstall the Raspberry that runs as a server and now I wanted to ask if I had to patch the Toniebox again? Or how can I add it?

Did you backed up the volumes? Especially the one for the certs? If so, just copy the server certs back to the new setup. If you then keep the same ip/hostnane, than it should work again.
If you lost the server certs, then you have to reflash the box.
