Replacing the headphone jack

The headphone jack of our Toniebox (CC3200) has a loose contact.

Can anyone tell me how to replace the headphone jack? And wich one I would need to order to replace the old one?

My daughter desperately wants to hear her tonies with headphones, but it is impossible right now. :frowning:
