TeddyBench recreate original tonies

General question on the TeddyBench software and the complete tonies database.
Is it possible to recreate any original tonie on a new RFID just with the database and the TeddyBench?

i am new to ubuntu and wanted to try TeddyBench. With the .exe from github did not run. Can somone please explain me how i use TeddyBench on Ubuntu.
