Toniebox cannot be found in the cloud

Hey…
I can’t get my box into the Teddy Cloud. I have several errors in the Teddycloud logo. I think this is the error here but I’m not sure.
please for help.

The cloud runs on a synology via portainer with its own IP address.

You completely missed to add the boxes certificates to teddycloud I would say.

Please also update teddycloud to the latest version.

I still don’t know where it is. I updated the Teddycloud. The Ca.der file is probably copied via the CC2300tool “cc3200tool -p COM3 --reset dtr write_file certs/server/c2.der /cert/c2.der”
(previously renamed da.der = d2.der)

as well as via the CFW1 web interface.

Then deleted the da.der file from the Teddycloud, restarted the cloud and tried again with the new certificates.
I can’t find a box in the Teddycloud.

In the “altUrl.custom.305” I gave it the same name as in the Fritz.box.

When I do the freshness check, I always get the error “Owl”, but I think that’s normal because the box doesn’t communicate with the Toniecloud. This will definitely only work once I have the box in the Teddycloud and activate “Cloud enabled”?!

Why don’t you just set it to “TC” and use the original Fritzbox patch?
Also please be concrete. You set it to something, that is not understandable for us.

I used the original FritzBox patch and called the box “tc” in the FritzBox. But since this didn’t work, the instructions say you should use a custom patch.

could it have something to do with the installation of the Teddycloud?
I installed it via Portainer (docker on synology) with my own macvlan.

Could it also be due to the DNS settings?

Unfortunately, I don’t know how to assign this DNS to the teddycloud IP. teddycloud is integrated via macvlan and does not appear as a device in the network.

Not necessary if you are using the tc Fritz Patch.

The Images looks okay.

But… teddycloud should be named tc, not the toniebox.
But i am Not Unsinn macvlan, so i can not provide anything Else here (just wondering that teddycloud does not appear in your FRITZ!Box.)

You could use the teddycloud gui to create the custom alt url Patch with the actual ip.

I really don’t know what to do anymore. Today I reinstalled Teddycloud on a Rasberry. I went through the instructions again step by step. I can’t get the Toniebox into the cloud. Please copy the toniebox certificates into your teddycloud to get rid of the errors.

Can you also post your config of your toniebox?
