here is a little idea on how to assemble the base for a minifigure. The pedestal consists of a smooth tile and a base plate.

Can you share the tag you have used on second picture? Never saw that one, yet.
Me I use “Neodym Magnet N52” as they perfectly fits into the holes, no need to cut off parts from the brick/tile/plate. Like so…
Is the clutch power actualy strong enough to keep the minifig on the stand when pulling it off the Toniebox? Or would you have figure in hands and the tile/stand sticks on the box?

I soldered the tag myself, you can find the description of the tag here.
When I lift the figure by the upper body, the connection of the magnet detaches from the box without the figure detaching from the plate. I use a 12,5x2,5mm n52 magnet.
